Absolutely love the amenities at 4th Avenue Sunteck City! The infinity swimming pool is a showstopper. However, wish the metro station was a bit more closer for easier commuting.

Advantages

Kudos to the well-equipped gym and jogging track, perfect for fitness enthusiasts. Though the location offers great connectivity to local railway stations, reaching the metro requires a short drive. Overall I loved the project and it's a good investment, definitely will provide good returns in future.
