The Dynamix Group was founded in 1970 under the concept of the founder, Late Mr. K. M. Goenka. But today Mr. Vinod Kumar Goenka the founder's son was contributory in developing and delivering the company to its present-day status, as one of the most reliable real estate names in the country. Dynamix Group's residential developments of Gokuldham and Yashodham in Goregaon East eased the severe lack of affordable housing. This helped for further projects in the suburbs, in areas such as Vasant Vihar in Thane West, Shristi in Mira Road, Upvan Complex in Upper Govind Nagar in Goregaon East, etc.
