Advantages

It is a luxurious project. The locality is peaceful. Amenities are Grand-like. For example, High Street lifestyle, Private Theatre for Movie and Live Sports Screening to name a few. There’s lot of greenery around. It gives fresh air and a perfect place to relax and have leisure time. Connectivity is pretty much good enough. Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Taloja Railway Station are very much nearby. Corporate Park (Next BKC) is located within 15Min reach.

Advantages

It is a property giving out a lavish stay experience. What’s different here is the Jungle themed kid’s play area with ultra-modern equipment. Its not usually seen in any other project. There’s also Landscape Garden, Senior Citizen Chit-Chat Zone & Sit-Outs, Gazebos, Private Terrace/Garden that gives a perfect space to relax and have a leisure time peacefully. All prime facilities of Education, Entertainment & Healthcare are within 3Kms Radius. Taloja Railway Station & Pendhar Metro Station within 10Mins.

Sai Sun City is a luxurious property in Upper Kharghar. It has a lot of greenery in and around the project. The amenities are superior for spending our leisure time here. The location is far from the disturbing streets, keeping it enclosed in a peaceful environment.
