Advantages

The project gives a royal feel. We can have a king size life here. Ulhas river is nearby. So the landscape garden and this river is a space we can elope to for relaxation and refreshment. We have unique amenities here like badminton court + podium for audience which usually no projects have. There is easy connectivity to Hiranandani Hospital, School, Viviana Mall, Hypercity, etc. Public transport like cabs buses, rickshaws are easily available.

Advantages

Stay in this project literally gives a classy touch to our daily life. The rooms here are very spacious and lets us feel like living in a palace. Amenities here are so posh that makes it really different from any project around. Such as badminton court which has audience space also, advanced equipment in gymnasium that can accommodate over 50 people at once. Connectivity to the highway is superb, exclusive parks are also available for everyone.
