Advantages

IJB Mark 1 is a premium commercial property in Nerul. The construction is ongoing. The layout of commercial units is very spacious. The units are well-designed and well-lit. Every unit has a spacious lobby and dedicated restrooms.

Advantages

Advantages

IJB Mark 1 in Nerul is a wonderful commercial property. I was looking for an office for my ad agency. This place is located in a pleasant area and close to the highway. South Mumbai is also easily accessible via the Atal Setu.
