Advantages

Kalpataru Magnus is a lavish project in Bandra East. The structure of the first two towers is ready. The apartments are so spacious and ventilated. The parking space is also huge with basement and tower parking. Everything is perfect here.

Kalpataru Magnus has excellent connectivity to South Mumbai. My office is located at Fort and it is an easy drive for me via the Bandra Worli Sea Link. The Western Express Highway also offers good connectivity to commercial areas of Western suburbs.
