Palais Royale is the first among the top 10 tallest buildings in India. This building is constructed on the land which was previously owned by Shree Ram Mills Ltd.
The construction permit was provided in 2005 and construction was started in 2008. Later it faced a lot of complications but in 2019, Honest Shelters Company bought the incomplete site for Rs. 705 crores. And then the construction process began.
On completion, the building will have 120 apartments and its size ranging from 740 to 1,300 sq. m.

Lodha Project Wadala

Lodha Crown Buildmart has got the contract for the ambitious 101-floor iconic tower project of the MMRDA for Rs 4,050 crore.
The residence will have the advantage of the upcoming monorail and metro rail both converging at Wadala.
The company has a plan to quote a sale price of Rs 14,000 per sq ft. The completion of the project has not been decided yet.
However, Lodha Developers have a plan to complete this project as soon as possible.
Joyous Housing

Three Leading developers have proposed a residential building plan of 125 floors and to build it in Keshavrao Khade Marg near Mahalaxmi Race Course.
