Property Card Online Mumbai

The government of Maharashtra has made it easier to apply for a property card online. You can follow the below steps: 

Step 1: Visit the official website @aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in 

Step 2: Click on New User and you will be diverted to another page

Step 3: Select your preferred option for registering online and provide relevant information on it. 

If you have chosen Option 1: Verify your mobile number with OTP and then create UID

Step 1: Choose option 1 and enter your UID (Aadhaar Card) number. An OTP will be sent to the applicant’s registered mobile phone number

Step 2: Provide the OTP & Check for the user name availability

Step 3: Provide basic information like your name in Hindi and age

Step 4: The information in UIDAI will be downloaded automatically and saved after the user completes their eKYC

If you have chosen Option 2: Upload information and create your profile using OTP verification on your registered mobile number. 

Step 1: Choose option 2 and fill in the information on the applicant’s details and address and registered mobile number. One OTP will be sent to your registered goal 

Step 2: Upload the OTP along with relevant information

Step 3: Click on accept and register 

Log In To The Portal

Step 1: You have to enter your profile username and password 

Step 2: After logging into the portal you will be diverted to another page. You need to select the revenue department option from the left side of the page

Step 3: From the sub-department option select the ‘Land Record Department’ from the dropdown 

Step 4: You need to choose the option “Issuing certified copy of property card” option from the list of land record departments

Step 5: Click on proceed 

What Is 7/12 Utara In Mumbai?

A 7/12 Utara or 7/12 extract is provided to the rural people with complete information about their owned agricultural land. This is an extract from the land registration. 

The name 7/12 was developed from forms that are used to extract information like ownership and liabilities of the land owner and details on the agricultural land from the land records. 

This information is suggested and extracted by the Maharashtra Land Revenue Record of Rights and Register. 

7/12 Utara is similar to a property card, however, a property card is provided for urban land and 7/12 is provided for rural agricultural land.

The information provided in the 7/12 Utara is the following:

• The survey number of the land
• The area of the land which is fit for cultivation 
• Specifications on change of ownership

How To Find The CTS Number Of Properties In Mumbai Online

You can check the  CTS application status through the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website @aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in 

Step 2: Click on the Track Your Application option from the Home Page

Step 3: Select Revenue Department, Land Record Department, Issuing Certified Copy of Property card or Mumbai suburban district

Step 4: You need to enter your application number and enter go

Step 5: A new webpage will open with your current application status

Step 6: You can take a screencast of the page and save it for later use

City Survey Records In Suburban Areas

The city survey record in the suburban record for every single parcel of land is developed and each of them is assigned a number which is the City Survey Number. 

The name of the holder will be incorporated the land is non-agricultural land. The tenure period should be mentioned in the case of the agricultural land. 

However, if the agricultural land is converted into non-agricultural land, then the holder’s name can be updated on the property registration card.
