Advantages

L&T Sewri offers a deck for experiencing stunning sea views from the apartments. Other than this, amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, etc here give an experience of a premium lifestyle. I am waiting eagerly to move into flats here.

Just a few days back, I went across the sample flats of L&T Sewri & my family really liked it. Many amenities are offered here such as a swimming pool, gym, jogging track, clubhouse, indoor games room, kid's play area, etc. So, I found ways to keep my kids busy the whole day.

Advantages

Last week I visited the L&T Sewri site. I went across the flats & every area was spacious designed. I also had a drive to the neighborhood & found Coastal Road & upcoming projects like Metro Line 4 were close by. This would help in flat price appreciation in the future.
