The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) will be training the 39000 real estate agents of Maharashtra state. And this is the first batch of real estate agents.
This training guides real estate agents to provide better service to home or property buyers.
MahaRERA officials have decided to complete the training process for the first batch by September 2023 clarified by the nodal officer.
The four reputed agencies including the National Real Estate Development Council were been assigned the responsibility to complete this training process. And over the completion of the training, exams will be conducted to see the impact and growth among the agents.
As agents work as a middle man between the sellers and buyers of the properties, they should show the right path for both parties.
The NARENCO president stated that this move of guiding the real estate agents will help the buying and selling of properties to work effortlessly. And property buyers and sellers will also have the trust over these agents as they are officially trained by government agencies.
And the most significant point, MahaRERA officials clarified that government will also seek the returns file from the real estate agents to have a check on the source of funds.
