Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan has acquired 2 offices in a commercial project in Oshiwara locality of Mumbai’s Andheri. It is spread across 4200 sq ft. of carpet area with a price of around 22.26 crores.
The specific offices are located on the 9th floor of the commercial project by Veer Savarkar Projects.
The purchasers have deposited a stamp duty of over Rs. 1.33 crores. This was to register the deals that took place on October 10.
The agreement value is Rs. 11.13 Crores each for both the office spaces with premium access to 3 car parking slots each.
Fascinatingly, a few of the other bollywood celebrities have also bought office in the same property. They include Ajay Devgan, Kartik Aryan, Kajol and Amitabh Bachchan.
Several Bollywood celebrities invest in real estate not only for self-use but also as an investment. Not just actors but also producers and directors from Bollywood have invested in properties.
