The Delhi-Mumbai Expressway would lessen the distance between these two metropolitan cities’ travel times from 24 – 12 hours. Also, it will reduce the distance between many cities. It would also reduce the time required to travel from Jaipur to Delhi by half, to 2.5 – 3 hours. A section of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway ought to be open to traffic by March of this year.

It would reduce fuel use by 320 million litres annually. The large project would require about 12 lakh tonnes of steel and 80 lakh tonnes of cement. This project would connect the KMP & DND Sohna national roads in Haryana.
