In Delhi’s northeast, a brand-new double-decker bridge will be constructed. The ability for drivers to see metro trains moving overhead will be the main advantage of the route. A 50% completion rate has been obtained for the highway’s construction.
In between Yamuna Vihar & Bhajanpura, the bridge is being constructed. It is 1.4 km long. The project is expected to be completed before December 23. The flyover-cum-metro station’s construction will soon be finished.
This flyover would provide an easy route for those going to Noida-Ghaziabad. The columns holding the Delhi Metro as well as the famous bridge have both been constructed. Due to the limited available space, the double-decker structure was planned. The Phase 4 corridor of the Delhi Metro line includes this flyover project.
The civil works have been accomplished to a 50% degree. The project’s finish date is in December. The development is overseen by DMRC. The routes connecting Majlis Park & Maujpur is getting a flyover built. The square pillar can support the road. On the spherical pillars, the Delhi Metro train will run.
The traffic flowing from GT Road is projected to pass under this flyover. It would be easier to move across Northeast Delhi and central Delhi after the building of this flyover. Additionally, the route from Bhajanpura to Gokulpuri will be made traffic-free.
There will be 2 lanes of transportation on the flyover. The height of the metro bridge is 18.5 metres. 10 metres will be the height of the road below the deck.
