The deadline for making an online initial money payment (EMD) for Cidco’s Diwali 2022 mass housing programme has been extended to January 31.
However, applicants are reminded that the computerised draw’s date has changed somewhat and will now take place on February 10 rather than February 8.
Additionally, the online registration deadline has been postponed to January 31.
Due to the enormous response, the earlier registration deadline of January 21 has been extended by Cidco.
As part of the Maharashtra government’s CIDCO Housing 2023 project, low-cost residential colonies and commercial complexes will be built utilising environmentally friendly techniques for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) of people.
These homes and complexes are proposed for the Maharashtra localities of Tajola, Panvel, Juinagar, Kharghar, Bamandongri, Ulve, Kharkopar, and Kalamboli.
The targeted group’s financial situation determines how homes are divided into two categories in terms of cost and location.
One of the top city planning bodies in India, the CIDCO of Maharashtra, is expected to continue to offer residences of the same calibre as before.
