Rahul Bajaj’s Family Members have purchased five luxury seafront apartments in Raheja Vivarea, a luxury residential project in south Mumbai’s well-known Mahalaxmi area for approximately Rs. 104 Cr.
Two residential apartments are bought through the Nirvana Family Trust. Shefali Bajaj, Sanjali Bajaj, and Manish Kejriwal purchased each for them.
Bajaj’s son-in-law Kejriwal and also Kedaara Capital’s founder, a managing partner. Whereas, Shefali is the wife of Sanjiv Bajaj and also Bajaj Finserv MD & CEO and Sanjali is their daughter.
They have paid the amount of Rs. 6.21 Cr for stamp duty purposes of registration of the deal that happened during November month.
All these selective apartments are in “E” tower and the 3400 square feet one on the 39th floor is the most expensive one. And Shefali Bajaj purchased it for Rs. 28.31 Cr. Whereas, Sanjali Bajaj has purchased a similar-sized apartment on the 38th floor for Rs. 28.27 Cr.
Manish Kejriwal purchased a 2433 square feet apartment on the 36th floor for Rs. 15.47 Cr. And Nirvaan Family Trust bought similar-sized two apartments for Rs. 15.84 Cr each.
Whereas, Bajaj Finserv and K Rahega corp haven’t responded to queries.
Raheja Vivarea has five residential towers on four acres of prime and luxurious real estate and it has corporate bosses and well-known CXOs as the residents. This project was developed by K Raheja Corp and handed over to homebuyers.
