According to the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO), Godrej Properties has achieved the highest bid to process a group housing project in Kharghar (Sector 5 A), Navi Mumbai.
The company witnessed a sale of over 5.1 million sq ft. in the quarter 2 of the financial year 2025. Even the booking value in the H1 of FY25, grew over Rs. 13,800 Crore with 89% growth year on year.
According to the MD and CEO of Godrej Properties, the company’s robust sales performance has resulted in record collections with a growth of 62% to over Rs. 7000 Cr. The operational cash flow also grew over 200% in the H1 FY25 to over Rs. 2800 Cr.
The collections saw a growth of 68% in Q2 FY25 representing a year on year growth. It stood over Rs. 4000 Cr.
GPL has also planned eight new projects in year to date FY25. The roughly calculated saleable area would be of 11 million sq. ft. and the booking value potential would be approximately Rs. 12,650.
