On abandoned sites, the Greater Noida Authority intends to introduce new programmes. The department directors of the industrial, institutional, IT, construction, and commercial categories, according to officials, have been urged to conduct enforcement action against defaulters & put their annulled plots up for sale under new schemes.
On Tuesday, CEO Ritu Maheshwari called a conference of all division heads to review the programme implemented against defaulters who have not yet paid their debts. The confiscation of all unsold properties belonging to beneficiaries who have not made their payments in full was then ordered.
“Additionally, department directors were tasked with taking action against business owners who had been lounging around and not building on plots. It was believed that this delay had prevented individuals from finding work and hampered the development of the city. Therefore, such lands would be distributed again in order for businesses to be established there and for people to have employment possibilities “authorities claimed.
Instructions for putting into effect the rescheduling policy that the board approved last month were also released.
Additionally, the Greater Noida Authority’s Memoranda of Understanding for the UP Global Investors Expo were reviewed. The conversion of these MoUs into expenditures was instructed.
The Greater Noida Authority will begin implementing the plan for the stores, offices, and kiosks on January 13. These properties will all be distributed via auction.
The deadline for enrollment has been set for February 3, however, you still have until February 6 to submit your registration, earnest money, and processing costs. The auction’s date has not yet been made public.
