Oberoi Realty is a Mumbai-based Real Estate firm. It quoted that in its newly launched 75 acres housing project, they sold 1348 cr worth of luxury homes.
The project launched by the company is named- Oberoi Garden City Thane and it was launched on 18th October 2024. The marketing and development of the project would be in phases.
The housing development in its first phase consists of five towers, booking commenced for two of them on 18th October.
In a regulatory filing, the company stated that they have witnessed a gross booking value of approximately Rs. 1348 Cr for a carpet area of 6.65 lakh sq ft. in the first three days.
The initial phase of the development will consist 5 residential towers with unit configuration of 3 BHK’s and studio apartments with a carpet area of 1475 sq ft.
The chairman and managing director of Oberoi Realty stated that they are overjoyed and humbled by the tremendous response received from potential customers for the launch of the project Oberoi Garden City Thane. According to him, the project embodies the objective to deliver a luxurious and holistic living experience setting a new benchmark for splendid living in Thane.
The Oberoi Garden City will offer 30+ amenities in its establishment. It will also include a 5-star Deluxe JW Marriott Hotel Thane Garden City and Oberoi International School.
