Sonu Nigam, a famous playback singer bought two premium commercial offices with 5547 sq. ft of the total area in the Andheri suburb, Mumbai for the total cost of Rs. 11.37 crores.
Both offices are among the free-sale components of a redevelopment project located at Veera Desai Road, Andheri West. And it was undertaken by renowned Saroj Landmark Realty LLP.
On March 15, the deal of both offices got registered. The offices are separated into the ground & first floor of the currently under-construction project.
As per the official sources, the carpet areas of both offices are 2767 sq. ft & 2780 sq. ft. Sonu Nigam has paid around Rs. 5.83 crores & Rs. 5.54 crores respectively for both of them.
