There are almost 4700 unsold flats under the housing board scheme in Siddharth Vihar and Mandola.
The State Housing Board’s Property In charge told “We have planned to cut down the rates of residential units under all the UP Housing Board residential schemes by 20 percent to make the prices affordable with market prices and woo homebuyers.
Concluding a variety of housing schemes in the district, there are almost 4700 unsold residential units. In Siddharth Vihar, out of 1,292 units under the Ganga, Hindon, and Yamuna schemes, there are still 700 unsold units. In Mandola, 4000 units are still unsold out of 7500.”
He continued by saying “for awareness purposes, we have developed an online platform where homebuyers can apply for residential units. For making this offer popular, we planned to organize a campaign for awareness at the office in Vasundhara every Saturday.”
Ha said “The truth that the Ganga water supply service will also begin very soon makes the project in Siddharth Vihar more lucrative. And the cutting down of property prices will be there for a long time.”
Siddharth Vihar is spread across 635 acres and it has a minimum of 10 builder projects coming up in the future. Approximately 40000 residents have been already living in the Brahmaputra and the Kanshiram Yojna homes, the Ganga, Hindon, and Yamuna towers which come under the housing board.
The official information of housing board schemes states that the cost of 1 BHK is Rs. 69.45 lakh, 2 BHK is Rs 87 lakh, and 3 BHK is Rs. 1.15 Cr.
