Advantages

We were not living comfortably at my current residence due to insufficient space. And I started searching to buy flats. Then I came across Runwal Gardens. The land parcel of this project fascinated me & I had the site visit. I liked the sample flat, open spaces & its thoughtful planning.

Advantages

The various configurations available at Runwal Gardens are so helpful for us. I was searching for budget-friendly flats in Dombivali. And this project gave us choices of carpet area & that is too at affordable price.

Advantages

The amenities here are of too much variety. Last week I went for a site visit to this project. Later I came to know that almost 30+ amenities are available here. Flats in Runwal Gardens were also well-planned. My family liked the 2 bedroom flats here.

During a visit to the project location recently, me & my family liked the services & amenities available in Runwal Gardens. Adding to this, the thing I liked the most was the connectivity. Dombivali & Kalyan railway station, Manpada metro station, CSM International airport, etc are nearby.
