Advantages

The project Aquila Sarova has very nice surroundings. Everything is available nearby like schools, retail shops, banks and ATMs. Overall, I liked the project its layout.

I recently visited this project, the apartments are spacious with good ventilation and large windows. Aquila Sarova provides many amenities which are major plus points of this development.

Advantages

I like this development mainly because it is well connected with the city and other parts of Mumbai. Sarova Aquila is one of the premium developments in Kandivali East. My only concern is about amenities and facilities. As there will be many people using these amenities it might not be available for everyone.
