Advantages

The project is amazing. Amenities are luxurious. For example, 2 clubhouses of 2 levels each and 7 level car parking. Standard of living is very rich here. Residents can enjoy nice view of the surroundings. Project offers easy connectivity to New Link Road (3mins), Malad Railway Station (10mins) and Western Express Highway.

Property is Grand. Residents can have luxury experiences here. Apartments are sea facing. Amenities are modern-like. Connectivity is excellent to Bandra-Worli Sea Link, Sion Flyway and Western Express Highway.
