Advantages

Property is luxurious. Residents can enjoy a classy lifestyle. Rooms are spacious. Themed Garden and Landscaped Garden is perfect for relaxing and stay at peace. There’s lot of parking space as well. Connection of transportation is excellent. Airport is just 30mins away. Markets are at walkable distance.

Advantages

We can enjoy city life here. Amenities are great here. Amphitheatre, Pool Deck, Party Deck, Star Gazing Pedestal, Yoga Room, and Reflexology Path etc. Lifestyle is balanced. Rail and road connectivity across the city is amazing here. Eastern Express Highway, JVLR and SCLR is just 5Mins away. Overall the locality is good. Overall Kanjurmarg is one of the best city in Mumbai to live at.

Advantages

For me, it was the location that led me to Sheth Avante. It is based in a good locality, there are essential facilities and good schools nearby. Plus, my office is in Powai, which is hardly 15 minutes away from Sheth Avante.

Advantages

The developer is offering decent carpet areas, which is why we bought a 2 BHK here. There are also good amenities available here, such as an infinity pool, gym, and such.

Advantages

Overall, I like that the property is in an excellent neighbourhood. This area has a great mix of posh buildings and lots of greens. Powai lake is within a short drive as well.

Advantages

The connectivity of Sheth Avante is appreciating. I can simply reach to my client sites within few minutes due to proximity to SCLR, Eastern Express Highway, JVLR, etc. Over all of these, CSM international airport is approximately half an hour away.

Advantages

There are very few residential places that have good social life within the neighborhood. Sheth Avante is one of them due to its proximity to D-Mart, Fortis Hospital, R City Mall, Hiranandani School, etc within a few minutes.
