Advantages

The project and the locality is great. The rooms are pretty luxurious and spacious. Amenities are classy. For example, Sunset Deck, Pool Bar, Steam, Sauna & Jacuzzi. Residents can enjoy views of Hills right from the comfort of their rooms. There are lot of open green spaces that lets you relax and revitalize yourself. The connectivity is excellent. Shopping malls and grocery shops are available at the walking distance (3kms radius). There are lot of fast food centers nearby. You can have Naturals ice cream and McDonalds etc at 5mins walking distance.

Advantages

Property here is extremely amazing located near hills. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are fantastic amenities here such as Sensory Garden and Multi Activity lawn. Its also a perfect place to relax and enjoy peacetime. There’s also Balcony Views to enjoy here. It's very easy to buy groceries and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Also Hospitals are available within 3km, in case of any emergency one can be assisted easily. Pune Metro is available at a walking distance. Cabs are also very easily available here.
