Advantages

Living at Nikoo Homes gives you perfect facilities. Good if you want to invest and live with your family. I bought the property as the possession is 2025 and the property price will definitely increase considering the prime location

Above all project is offering 125 acres of grand residential landscape. And the amenities are pretty good. The construction work is going fullfledged and the possession will be on Dec 2025. Overall, seems a good purchase.

Bhartiya City Nikoo Homes is a premium residential community in Thanisandra. The high-rise towers are so aesthetically pleasing. The apartments are also spacious and ventilated. I have shifted here for my work. This property offers various flat options from 2 to 3.5 BHK. You can choose from them.

I loved the flats in Bhartiya City Nikoo Homes. There are many options for flats. We were looking for a 3 BHK flat for our joint family. These apartments are super spacious and have dynamic layouts as compared to other properties in the area. The construction quality is superior.
