Advantages

The project is amazing. It has luxurious amenities such as Cafe / Coffee Bar, Reading Room/Library, Mini Theatre and many more. Large open private space gives out fresh air and perfect place to relax. There’s easy connectivity to important business and cultural centers of the city within 20 minutes. It is well-connected to Eastern Express Highway (2.3Kms) and Eastern Freeway (2Kms).

Advantages

Property is great. Open spaces around give ample light and greenery to experience. There’s like 75,000 sq.ft grand luxury clubhouse and a top ICSE school within the township. There’s also office spaces, retail plaza, F&B options along with Jain and Ganesha Temples. Project is amidst Mumbai City's largest private open space - 15 acres which is 3 times the size of Wankhede Ground.

Advantages

I'm living here for two months and really enjoying the elite society of Lodha. The construction quality is the best. Investing in this project is a wise decision as property rates are rising in Mumbai, and will witness property appreciation in upcoming years.
