Advantages

Project is awesome. Ambiance is fresh and cool. Flats are well ventilated. There’s a large central park and open spaces that are well-maintained for relaxation and fresh air. It is known as a smart city. Amenities are great here. There’s Olympic Sports Complex that literally gives a feeling of playing for the nation. Convenient with good connectivity to public transport facilities. The streets are like Dubai streets here. Residents here can enjoy natural views of the locality.

Advantages

It is a smart township. Rooms are spacious. Amenities are high class. The large green and open spaces let you enjoy fresh air, relaxing by the pool or letting the little ones have fun at the play area. There’s universal school here. Little ones can choose to walk or even cycle to school. Green space and healthy atmosphere makes this project perfect.

The society of Lodha Palava boasts a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's parks, library, grocery stores, medical store, salon, EV charging points, a school, stadium, cycle points, golf course, temple, banks, health centre, and a shopping mall. It's like a self-sufficient city that caters to every need. I will highly recommend buying a house here.
