Advantages

It is a great property. Flats are luxurious and spacious. Tall windows to maximize light and ventilation in all rooms. There’s indoor-heated pool for women & children. There are tree-lined car free walkways for safety of the residents. Ambiance is very good and locality is clean and maintained. View is very good from society. Laundry services are available within the society. Also Grocery shops and Pharmacy are located nearby the society and they offer home delivery facility.

Advantages

Project is classy. Flats are very big sized. Spacious Sundeck in living room and master bedrooms. Amenities are classy such as English Tea Café and Private theatre. Large garden squares offer lot of privacy and space. There’s well-known international schools and 24hours hospitals nearby. It's well maintained, green and beautiful society. Very soon this area will be connected with the Mumbai Metro Services. So commute gets easier as well. Nice public transport and easy auto availability.

Advantages

Purchasing a flat at Lodha Sterling proved to be an incredible experience. The absence of 1BHK flats resulted in a more exclusive environment with fewer people, and the buildings themselves are limited to a modest 7 floors. So the overall environment is secure and peaceful.
