Advantages

Great connectivity, green open spaces for good health. Also the society committee is very cooperative. Overall really good property.

Disadvantages

Too big society leading to high maintenance. The amenities are just reasonably maintained. Sometimes Security issues.

Advantages

This Lodha Housing colony in Thane is ready for possession. The ongoing Dombivli Mankoli Bridge construction is yet to be completed which will benefit the project. After its completion, the Dombivli would be 15 min by auto.
